The Centre Building LLC is located in the former residence of the owners of the old drive-in theatre, a landmark for many long time residents of Big Rapids. Bonnie Cripe purchased the building in 1991 and relocated her private practice here, changing the business name to the Northland Counseling Center PLLC.

It was her dream to create a center with practitioners who shared her philosophy of holistic healing. Each holistic counselor and practitioner maintains an individual practice and yet all work collaboratively to offer classes and workshops in the healing arts and spiritual growth to the community. A shared philosophy of empowering individuals to grow toward wholeness is a bond that unites these practitioners as they offer their skills to the people of the Big Rapids area.
